These Privacy Provisions for Covered Users (“Provisions”) supplement, and do not limit in any way, the Privacy Policy outlined above. These Provisions apply solely to residents of California, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (collectively, “Covered Users”).
